Brazing Procedure Qualification Record or BPQR is a record of actual variables and mechanical test result of brazing. Types of Brazing process available in EIWAA for training are torch or manual Brazing, Induction brazing and Resistance Brazing. Qualification Position are Horizontal and Vertical Position both cover all Position brazing.
Our qualified brazing engineer will witness the brazing performance of your brazing operator at site. Brazing operator must perform brazing at various horizontal and vertical position. Brazing test coupon shall be copper tube of required thickness and a coupling. Visually qualified test coupon will be collect from site and is subjected to lab testing for mechanical testing requirements of peel test, section test, tensile test etc.. Based on the mechanical test result of test coupon from operator, issue brazing certificate as well as brazer ID Card.
