EIWAA offers Welder training Third party Welder Testing and 3rd Party Welder certification which includes the welder training packages of preliminary Welding procedure Qualification, Third Party Witnessing and certification of WPS/PQR Qualification Test, Third Party Witnessing and certification of welder qualification test Pipe welding Qualification or 5G / 6G Welding Qualification, X ray/Radiography Test, Mechanical testing like Tensile Test, Bend Test, Charpy V Notch Impact Test, Macro Examination, Fracture Test, Procedure Qualification Approval, Welding Procedure Preparation, Welding Procedure Approval, Welder Certification , Welder ID Card Preparation etc. We are providing Customer to facilitating the download option for welder certificate like Arc Welder and other welding process competency certification in pipe welding (6G Welding or Pipe Welding) as well as in plate welding of 3G and 4G Qualification of TIG Welding, Arc welding and WPS/PQR download. All the mechanical test and Radiography shall depends upon the international welding codes of AWS ,BS EN and ASME SEC IX. Welder certificate includes Welding Position,Base material details,F Number,A number,Electrode details,Mechanical test report details,Radiography report details ,Welding process details etc.All the welding position of 1G,2G,3G,4G,5G and 6G welding Qualification shall conduct as per AWS/ASME SEC IX & BS EN Standards for TIG Welding and Arc Welder Qualification. All the welding Inspector are Qualified with AWS & CSWIP Certified personnel’s with ASNT RTFI Certified for Radiography film interpretation qualification.
Brazing Operator Training, Brazing Test and Brazing operator Certification:
We are providing Brazing operator training, Third Party Testing and Third party operator certification which includes the 3rd party Brazer training packages of preliminary procedure Qualification, Witnessing and certification of BPS/BPQR Qualification Test, Witnessing and certification of operator qualification test, Mechanical testing like Peel Test, Fracture Test, Section Test ,Macro Examination, Procedure Qualification Approval, Procedure Preparation, Procedure Approval, Brazer and braze welding Certification , operator ID Card Preparation etc. We are providing Customer to facilitating the download option for Brazer certificate and BPS/BPQR download. All the mechanical test shall depends upon the international welding codes of BS EN and ASME SEC IX. Brazer certificate, Base material details,F Number,A number,Electrode details, Mechanical test report details, process details etc.All the welding position of 3G and 4G Qualification shall conduct as per ASME SEC IX & BS EN Standards.
